Q: Does your software cost money?
A: Yes. AutoBackorder is not a free application.

Q: Do backorders cost money?
A: Yes, but they only charge if successful in catching your desired domain(s). Some backorder outlets require you to prepay funds before submitting requests and others do not. Read more about each specific one to see what their prices are and if they require prepaid funds.

Q: Does my computer need anything special to run the software?
A: AutoBackorder will run on just about any Windows machine. Microsoft .NET Framework 4 is required, but our software package will install this for you automatically if it is not already on your computer. Mac users will need Parallels and Linux users will need Wine (or similar virtualization software) in order to use this product on those other operating systems.

Q: Can I download AutoBackorder directly after purchasing?
A: Yes. AutoBackorder is available for download directly after purchasing. However, a registration key will be needed to complete the installation. This will be sent to the email you signed up with once payment has been verified, usually within a couple hours of purchasing.

Q: What backorder outlets are currently supported?
A: Right now our software supports seven companies: Pheenix, PRNator, DynaDot, NameJet, Name.com, DesktopCatcher, and Hexonet.

Q: Will I receive updates?
A: Yes. The AutoBackorder software comes with free updates for life. Every time you start the software it will go out and automatically check for new updates. When a new update becomes available you will be prompted to download and install the newest version.

Q: What is your refund policy?
A: We offer a 7-Day no questions asked money back guarantee. If you’re not happy with this software for any reason during that time-frame then just let us know and we can terminate your registration key and issue you a full refund.
